D-Bar - Class II Correction Appliance

D-Bar is an orthodontic direct bonding system for the treatment of Class II malocclusions in the primary, mixed, and permanent dentition.

The system was developed to specifically optimize the molar relationship while minimizing unwanted extrusion of the canines. The sleek, highly aesthetic design increases patient comfort and can help shorten treatment duration.

D-Bar consists of two separate components:

• Molar Support
• Bar

Both components are supplied unassembled and are put together by the practitioner during placement or as part of an indirect bonding procedure.

If required, only the bar can be easily replaced or adjusted in size during treatment. This makes the system particularly flexible and supports efficient inventory management in the practice.

D-Bar can be used:

• in combination with aligners
• in combination with brackets
• in combination with other fixed orthodontic systems

Thanks to its two-part construction, D-Bar can also be easily integrated into transfer trays or positioning jigs and is ideally suited for digital workflows and indirect bonding processes.

D-Bar is available in 12 sizes: Size 16 to 27 in 1 mm increments.

The respective size can be quickly and easily identified thanks to precise laser marking.
