Our orthodontic mini-screws are manufactured from medical-grade 5 titanium alloy (TC4ELI / Ti-6Al-4V ELI) and comply with standards GB/T 13810-2017 and ASTM F136, respectively. Unlike pure titanium, which is generally too soft for mini-screws, this alloy consists of approximately 90% titanium and was specifically developed for surgical implants to ensure the required mechanical strength while maintaining excellent biocompatibility.
Thanks to their sophisticated design, the screws allow for quick, safe, and minimally invasive insertion. The high primary stability ensures immediately load-bearing anchorage and precise control of complex tooth movements – regardless of patient compliance.
