Returns and Refund Policy
1. Business customers only
The offer of Dontix GmbH is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), in particular dentists, orthodontists, dental and orthodontic practices, clinics, dental laboratories, and other commercial or self-employed professional users.
Contracts with consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB are not concluded.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that the order is being made in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity. Therefore, there is no statutory consumer right of withdrawal.
2. No right of return or exchange for non-defective goods
There is no contractual right of return or exchange for goods that have been delivered correctly and are free from defects.
Returns of non-defective goods and exchange requests are not offered.
3. Incorrect deliveries, damaged or defective goods
If Dontix GmbH has delivered an incorrect item or quantity, or if the goods are damaged or defective, please notify us as soon as possible.
Where possible, please provide the order or invoice number, item number, batch or LOT number (if applicable), a description of the issue, and photographs of the goods and packaging.
Please do not return goods on your own initiative; wait for our return instructions. If an incorrect delivery, damage, or defect is confirmed by us, we will accept the necessary return and cover the required return shipping costs.
Statutory warranty and defect rights remain unaffected.
4. Inspection and refund
Once an authorised return has been received, the goods will be inspected. Where a refund is due, it will generally be issued after inspection via the original payment method or, by agreement, as a credit to the customer's account.
5. Unauthorised returns
Returns sent without prior coordination with Dontix GmbH may be rejected. Mere receipt of an unsolicited return does not create any entitlement to a refund, exchange, or credit note.
