Who can order from Dontix?
Dontix supplies business customers only, including orthodontic and dental practices, clinics, dental laboratories and professional commercial users. Private individuals cannot place orders.
How much does shipping cost?
Germany: €6.90 plus VAT; free shipping from a net order value of €250. Austria: €13.90 plus VAT; free shipping from a net order value of €250. Charges for other countries and full conditions are listed in our shipping and payment policy.
When must I pay for my order?
The 14-day invoice payment term is available only to practices in Germany. Customers in other European countries must pay for their orders in advance. The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout.
How do I request a return or report a problem?
Before returning goods, email info@dontix.de with your order number. Requests for discretionary returns of non-defective goods must be received within 10 calendar days of receipt; returns require our written approval. Statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected. See the full return and refund conditions.
How do I choose the right product variant?
Check the product name or item number and the relevant specifications, such as prescription, slot size, tooth position, jaw, archwire dimensions and hook configuration. Variants and pack contents are shown on the product page. Ask our team if compatibility is unclear; we do not confirm technical equivalence without evidence.
How many nickel-titanium archwires are in a pack?
One pack of Nickel-Titan-KFO-Bögen contains 10 archwires. Select the appropriate arch form, jaw and wire dimensions on the product page.
How can I track my order?
Use “Track my order” in the chat or sign in to your customer account. For help, email info@dontix.de with your order number. Do not send passwords, payment details or patient data.
Can the chat offer discounts or clinical advice?
Current public offers are available in the shop. Special prices, returns and refunds require review by our team. The chat does not provide individual treatment recommendations or disclose internal supplier information.
